Disclaimer: Now, I did not write the following, nor did I have any say in this person’s tone or way of writing, I did however enjoy it enough to re-purpose a web ‘comment’ into a full out blog.
Something about the discourse on policy and matters of social change in the recent years, and I may just stretch this out to a round decade, has made me upset. It’s been a very long time since I can say we were all on the same page, let alone, in the same book. It always seemed as though we were a society that was ahead or behind by some chapters in our own tales, but, it never did seem to me ‘growing up’ that we were so far apart in so many ways across so many divisions. So when I saw the comment on a random article on a random website written by some random citizen of the world I just knew I had to share it with the people who might someday find themselves stumbling on this blog of mine.

So it seems the Americans are caught up in some sort of perpetual carnage machine that is the ‘debate on healthcare.’ I have to use loose quotes on this term because a debate it has hardly been. I’m sure you’ve all heard some of the stories about hecklers, interruptions, insurance companies loading up crazies on buses and sending them on tour and the most recent beauty – the automatic weapons at some gatherings.
